A 698-page, illustrated catalogue will accompany the exhibition. Lars Nittve, director of Moderna Museet, will write a foreword informed by his long-established relationship with McCarthy. Curator Magnus af Petersens will contribute a comprehensive text about the artist, his work, and the exhibition. Iwona Blazwick, director of Whitechapel Gallery in London, and art historian Thomas McEvilley will also contribute texts. The catalogue will also feature a conversation with the artist and a section of artist's writings.
