Order Timelines

Standard Turnaround
All DVDs and Blu-Rays are produced to order and may need to be produced out-of-house at a technical facility. Bank transfers can take up to two weeks to be transacted. Shipments can be delayed by courier companies or held up in customs. All of these factors must be considered in the time-line of processing an order. Requests from within the United States should be received a minimum of three weeks before the screening date. International orders must be received five weeks before the screening date.

Rush Orders
Orders are considered "rush" when placed less than three weeks in advance in domestic cases, and less than five weeks internationally. Rush orders cannot be guaranteed, and no refunds are granted if a rush order is not received in time. Our ability to accommodate your rush request is dependent upon our own and our artists’ schedules. Please contact EAI Distribution before placing a rush order. Order Cancellation
Notice of cancellation must be received by us ten days prior to the screening date or you will be billed for the full order. For further assistance in ordering please contact our distribution staff and they will be happy to provide guidance.
